Custom Design Orders

Customer Responsibility for Designs

  • Customers are responsible for providing Vaha Visuals with the correct custom designs, including logos and other necessary artwork.
  • If we do not receive the required designs after the order has been placed, we reserve the right to extend the order processing time accordingly.

Order Processing Time

  • Delays in receiving designs from the customer may result in extended processing and shipping times.
  • National holidays and religious holidays may also cause delays in order processing and shipping.

  • All orders include the shipping fee in the price quoted unless specified otherwise.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Provided shipping times are always estimated. They do not reflect information that holds Vaha Visuals liable for shipping progress and times.

Additional Shipping Fees

  • Some orders, depending on the location, may be subject to extra shipping fees. Customers will be informed of any additional charges prior to order completion.
